Kids & Youth Ministries

Training the Next Generation for Worship, Reverence, and War

At Gracepointe, our ministry to children and youth is not about keeping them busy, it's about forming them in faith. The culture catechizes daily, and if the Church will not disciple her children in worship, reverence, and truth, we surrender them to a world that will. We aim to raise up children who love God's Word, revere His worship, and live as disciples within the household of faith.

Our goal is simple but countercultural: we want children to grow up in worship, not apart from it. Every ministry under Kids & Youth serves this purpose, helping parents, mentors, and teachers shape young hearts through presence, doctrine, and example.

Nursery (0–2 years)

Our nursery serves the youngest members of our covenant family with love, patience, and prayer. This ministry allows parents to worship with peace of mind while ensuring that infants and toddlers are cared for by godly volunteers who model gentleness and reverence. Even here, we begin sowing seeds of worship through Scripture songs, prayer, and warmth that reflects the love of Christ.

Children (3–9 years)

Children's Ministry at Gracepointe is a bridge between home and corporate worship. We teach our children that worship is not something they "graduate into," it's something they were created for. Using catechism, Scripture memory, and age-appropriate lessons rooted in Reformed theology, we train children to listen, to sing, to pray, and to love the gathering of the saints.

As they mature, children are gradually integrated into the full service, learning by presence and participation. Our teachers serve as mentors and models, joining parents in the joyful task of forming worshipers, not spectators.

Youth (5th–12th Grades)

Gracepointe Youth exists to equip the next generation to stand firm in the truth and engage the world with conviction. We call students to maturity through Scripture study, discipleship, and service, grounding them in sound doctrine and preparing them for leadership in their homes, church, and future vocations.

Youth ministry is not a substitute for the household or the pulpit; it is a reinforcement of both. Our gatherings encourage friendship, accountability, and worship that is reverent, joyful, and real.
